(Re)insurance group Aventum has relocated its UK headquarters to the Monument Building in London.

Based in Monument Street, the office has spaces across two floors for each of its brands and has various meeting rooms for collaboration.

The office also has its own Bearista coffee shop, a range of in house wellness and fitness services and spaces for performance coaching, training and mentoring.

John Bearman, chief investment officer at Aventum, said: “Each of our brands continues to attract the best talent in the market thanks to our unique ownership model, entrepreneurial culture and a shared ambition to always do things better.

Growth

The new office follows 135% growth for Aventum over the last four years. It currently trades more than $1.86bn (£1.41bn) in gross written premium (GWP).

Following such growth, Aventum announced a new global employee ownership scheme in September 2024.

Under the new scheme, all employees are given the equivalent of twice their annual salary in share value. This will also be provided to new starters as they join the group.

Bearman said: “We were Lime Street’s best kept secret for a few years, but I think the secret’s well and truly out now.
