A SPEECH OF APPRECIATION TO HON. GODWIN OFFIONO MEMBER REPRESENTING THE  GOOD PEOPLE OF OGOJA/YALA FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY.

Ladies and gentlemen,

It is with great honor and gratitude that I stand before you today to express our heartfelt appreciation to Honorable Godwin Offiono for his exceptional dedication and service to the people of Igbakobo Igede in the Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State.

Since the advent of democracy in our great nation, Nigeria, it has been a rare privilege for us in Igbakobo to witness the genuine concern and proactive engagement of a public servant like Hon. Offiono. His recent initiative to provide our community with a borehole marks a significant milestone in our journey towards improved living standards and enhanced well-being.

For far too long, access to clean and safe water has been a pressing issue in our community, affecting our health and daily lives. Hon. Offiono’s intervention not only addresses this fundamental need but also underscores his commitment to uplifting the lives of ordinary citizens.

Today, as we gather here in Abuja representing the concerned Igede elites, we are united in our prayers for Hon. Offiono. We beseech the Almighty to continue guiding him in his noble quest to serve his people with integrity, compassion, and foresight.

Furthermore, we recognize that Hon. Offiono is not alone in his pursuit of positive change. Together with other like-minded and conscientious individuals, we believe that through collective efforts and good governance, the Igede people in the Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State will experience true liberation and progress.
