Precious Pride and Great Work (PPGW) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization working to address critical issues facing the most vulnerable and impoverished communities in Northeast Nigeria. We work with professionals, dedicated staff, and volunteers to provide and improve the quality of Camp Management and Camp Coordination (CCCM), General Protection, Education, WASH, Health, and care for needy children while supporting the development of sustainable solutions for community growth. PPGW runs a range of projects which rely on the skills, commitment, and enthusiasm of volunteers across Northern Nigeria. Job Title: Site Facilitator
Location: Maiduguri, Borno State
Contract Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Summary
The Site Facilitator will play a critical role in the daily management of camp-level activities, community engagement, service monitoring, and information sharing among displaced populations and service providers. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of humanitarian principles.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CCCM Officer in the day-to-day implementation of camp activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with community-based volunteers and displaced persons.
- Assist in gathering and reporting data on camp conditions, services, and beneficiary feedback.
- Support in identifying and referring protection cases to the appropriate team.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating site-level meetings, focus group discussions, and community consultations.
- Support the implementation of outreach and awareness-raising activities on camp management and service delivery.
- Monitor camp services such as WASH, shelter, health, food, and non-food items (NFIs) and report gaps to the CCCM Officer.
- Facilitate information sharing between humanitarian partners and the camp population.
- Assist in organizing capacity-building sessions for community volunteers and governance structures.
- Support camp distributions, relocations, and emergency response activities.
- Assist in documenting activities, maintaining records, and preparing activity reports.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Previous experience working with communities, preferably in displacement settings.
- Basic knowledge of camp management, protection, and humanitarian response is an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and local languages (Hausa, Kanuri, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic humanitarian environment.
