Job Title: Head of Project Delivery
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Identification
- The project delivery is a Pillar coordinating activities of four strategic departments – these include programes, business development and partnership, research and development, communication, monitoring, and evaluation departments.
- This role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to ensure projects meet their objectives, deadlines, and budgets while aligning with AYGF’s mission and values.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure efficient delivery of AYGF initiatives.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to enhance project success.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to donor and organizational policies, as well as national and international standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams to enhance capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Represent AYGF in meetings, conferences, and other engagements related to project delivery.
- Work with internal and external teams to secure funding and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
- Work with the finance team to track expenditures, generate financial reports, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress to donors, stakeholders, and management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all project activities.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of Master’s Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields with at least 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on non-profit or development sectors.
- The Candidate should possess strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
