The Committee was set up by the Federal Government of Nigeria to review the Nigerian financial system. FITC was established to provide innovative knowledge solutions and capacity building programmes that develop and strengthens resources for the Nigerian financial services sector through Advisory services, Learning, Research and Advocacy. FITC is owned by the Banker’s Committee, which comprises of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), all licensed banks,and discount houses in Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Generate & Convert Leads– Identify and secure new business opportunities in supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and bars.
- Achieve Sales Targets– Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
- Expand Market Coverage– Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
- Customer Relationship Management– Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
- Market Intelligence– Monitor competitors and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting & Execution– Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Who We’re Looking for
- HND / BSc in any field(no prior BDE experience required; 1+ year in FMCG sales is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy(proficient with Android devices).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of Lagos/Abuja markets is an advantage.
