Asset Management Group is a leading consultancy firm that provides financial and business advisory services and leader in the area of real estate conceptualisation from inception to finish. AMG Ltd was incorporated to acquire and develop real estate assets in major cities in Nigeria. The firm has earned a reputation for conceptualising and concept development of projects, including engineering, developing, and adapting very novel ideas into the local environment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Officer
Location: Lagos

General Responsibilities
All Program Officers are expected to:

• Assist in the develop and implement thematic programs in alignment with organization’s mission.
• Assist in coordinate program planning, execution, and reporting within their specific thematic area.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for program activities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with donors, government agencies, and NGOs.
• Lead monitoring and evaluation (M&E) efforts to measure program effectiveness.
• Contribute to proposal writing and fundraising efforts for program sustainability.
• Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, and conferences related to their thematic area as approved by the management.
• Manage field staff and intern / volunteer officers, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
