ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme 2025 for Nigerians

Applications are open for the ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme 2025. The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with Nigerian Breweries Plc, invite application from certified younger Nigerians of sound character and studying potential to undertake an intensive 9-month coaching programme on Technical Skills Development within the fields of Mechanical/Automation Maintenance & Engineering, Quality Assurance and Logistics & Distribution.

The programme is non-residential, with coaching on the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc situated in Ibadan and attachment in any of our Brewery Locations in Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu Ode and Kaduna.

Benefits

  • Trainees is not going to be entitled to a wage in the course of the interval of coaching. They will solely be entitled to a month-to-month stipend.

Eligibility

Candidate should possess the next qualification amongst others

  • Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
  • Higher National Diploma of the next (For Mechatronics – Packaging, Brewing & Utilities Operations and Corrective Maintenance): Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Physics, Instrument Engineering or Computer Engineering, with a minimal of Lower credit score from acknowledged and accredited establishments.
  • National Diploma in any of the next (For Quality and Logistics Operations): Chemical Engineering, Biological and Physical Sciences, Food Science Tech, Laboratory Science, Applied Physics with a minimal of Lower credit score from acknowledged and accredited establishments.
  • Graduated not sooner than 2022.
  • Must have accomplished NYSC as at time of this commercial.
