The Africa Dyslexia Advocate Fellowship is a transformative two-year program designed to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and network necessary to champion dyslexia advocacy in Africa. The fellowship includes a comprehensive two-month training period, mentorship, community engagement, and project development to create lasting impact.
Who is Eligible to Apply?
To qualify for the Africa Dyslexia Advocate Fellowship 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be between 18 and 55 years old.
Have completed post-secondary education (diploma, degree, or higher).
Possess at least one year of volunteer or professional experience related to education, advocacy, psychology, or special needs.
Demonstrate a strong passion for dyslexia advocacy and improving education for learners with differences.
Be residents of African countries or have a clear focus on Africa’s educational challenges.
Commit to the full two-year fellowship program, including training and project implementation.
Have effective communication skills and willingness to engage communities and stakeholders.
