The Federal Government of Nigeria is now accepting applications for the 2025 recruitment into the Civil Defence, Immigration, Correctional, and Fire Services.   • Portal Opens: Monday, 14th July, 2025
  • Application Duration: 3 week

âś… Eligibility Requirements

🇳🇬 Citizenship & Age

  • Must be Nigerian by birth
  • Age range: 18 to 35 years

📏 Height Requirements

  • Male: Minimum height of 1.65 metres, chest size not less than 0.87 metres
  • Female: Minimum height of 1.60 metres

 Character & Health

  • Must have no criminal record
  • Must be medically and physically fit

🎓 Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) with at least 4–5 credits, including English and Mathematics.
  • Holders of NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc., or higher degrees in relevant fields such as:
    • Law
    • Engineering
    • Medicine
    • Technical Trades
      are encouraged to apply.

 Important Rule

Only one application is allowed per candidate.
Multiple applications will lead to automatic disqualification.

Step-by-Step: How to Apply

Step 1: Create an Account

Step 2: Choose One Agency

You must choose only one of the following:

  • Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)
  • Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
  • Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS)
  • Federal Fire Service (FFS)

Step 3: Select a Cadre

  • Category A: Superintendent Cadre
  • Category B: Inspectorate Cadre
  • Category C: Assistant Cadre

Step 4: Fill in Personal Details

  • Upload required documents:
    • Educational certificates
    • Birth certificate
    • Passport photograph
    • National ID, etc.

Step 5: Review and Submit

  • Carefully check all details before final submission.

Step 6: Print Acknowledgement Slip

  • Save or print the confirmation slip after submission.
