Triple M Dashboards (TMD) a trailblazing organization in field-based data collection and monitoring is now recruiting Field Data Collectors and Supervisors for a short-term contract role across select Northern states in Nigeria.

All Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Kano, Jigawa, Katsina, and Kaduna States

Job Responsibilities
For Field Data Collectors:
- Conduct structured interviews in households or communities using mobile tools like ODK, SurveyCTO, or KoboCollect (training provided).
- Record accurate responses and ensure data quality.
- Engage respectfully with respondents and local stakeholders.
- Follow field protocols, ethics, and attend all training sessions.
For Field Supervisors:
- Oversee and support a team of data collectors in assigned LGAs.
- Ensure daily targets are achieved and resolve field-level challenges.
- Conduct spot-checks and quality reviews of collected data.
- Provide daily updates to the Field Coordinator and flag critical issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: OND/NCE (BSc/HND is a plus).
- Experience:
- At least 1 previous experience in field data collection is required.
- Supervisory experience is required for Supervisor roles.
- Tech Skills: Must be comfortable using smartphones, GPS tools, and mobile survey apps.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one local language (e.g., Hausa, Fulani).
- Must own a working Android smartphone that supports mobile survey applications.
- Willingness to travel within assigned LGAs and work independently.
