Role Overview:
The Programme Assistant will play a key role in supporting the smooth implementation of malaria-related projects by providing day-to-day administrative, logistics, and operational support to the program team.
This includes scheduling meetings, maintaining proper documentation, coordinating training and field activities, and liaising with stakeholders, both internal and external.
Key Responsibilities May Include:

- Providing administrative and clerical support to the programme team.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and travel logistics.
- Assisting with procurement processes and documentation.
- Supporting field activity planning and reporting.
- Ensuring timely submission and filing of program documents.
- Maintaining communication between field and central office teams.
- Assisting in compiling reports, presentations, and activity updates.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 year of experience in a similar administrative or project support role, preferably in an NGO or development sector.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team.
