About the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program
The Young Graduate Program is structured to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional expertise by placing young professionals in real working environments across different departments such as:
- Commercial
- Technical
- Sales
- Finance
Participants begin their journey at TotalEnergies’ office in Lagos, Nigeria, before potentially progressing to an international assignment, depending on performance and available opportunities.
Program Structure and Duration
The training program is broken down into two phases over 18 months:
- Phase 1 (6 Months): Hands-on professional training at TotalEnergies in Nigeria.
- Phase 2 (12 Months): Expatriation to another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa or the global headquarters in Paris (subject to performance and availability).

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, candidates must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Have lived in Nigeria for at least 6 months
