What is UPG Sustainability Leadership?
The United People Global (UPG) Sustainability Leadership initiative is a global movement that empowers citizens to take positive action on pressing sustainability challenges. The program trains 500 young leaders online, provides them with certification, and selects a smaller group for the all-expenses-paid U.S. trip.
Participants join a diverse, global community of changemakers working on real-world solutions for climate, social impact, and sustainable development.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18–35 years old

- Both male and female applicants encouraged
- Must demonstrate motivation and creativity
- Good command of English language

Applicants must submit:

- A short video (max 2 minutes) introducing yourself or answering the given question (to prove English proficiency). The video link should be attached in the application.
