Key Responsibilities

As an ADB Young Professional, you will:

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the ADB YPP 2025/26, you need:

•  A degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Environment, Law, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields. A postgraduate degree (Master’s/PhD) is preferred.
•  At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (PhD may be accepted in lieu of work experience).
•  International exposure in areas aligned with ADB’s operations is an advantage.
•  Age limit: Not more than 32 years old at the time of joining.
•  Strong written and verbal English proficiency.

Selection Process

The recruitment follows a multi-stage process:

1. Online assessment
2. Video interview (self-recorded responses)
3. Final panel interview in early 2026
