Key Responsibilities
As an ADB Young Professional, you will:

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the ADB YPP 2025/26, you need:
- A degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Environment, Law, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields. A postgraduate degree (Master’s/PhD) is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (PhD may be accepted in lieu of work experience).
- International exposure in areas aligned with ADB’s operations is an advantage.
- Age limit: Not more than 32 years old at the time of joining.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
Selection Process
The recruitment follows a multi-stage process:
- Online assessment
- Video interview (self-recorded responses)
- Final panel interview in early 2026
