About the Global Leadership Challenge 2025

The Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) 2025 is a world-class program designed to identify and empower the next generation of responsible leaders. Each year, 100 exceptional young leaders from across the globe are selected through a competitive process to take part in this fully funded leadership initiative.

The program culminates in an invitation to the 55th St. Gallen Symposium in May 2026, Switzerland—one of the world’s most prestigious gatherings of global decision-makers, innovators, and change-makers.

 Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

You are eligible for the Global Leadership Challenge 2025 if you meet the following criteria:

•  You are currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program OR
•  You are a young professional aged 21 to 30 with an undergraduate degree.
•  You have demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, community projects, or work experience.
•  Open to applicants worldwide from all academic and professional fields.
