Job Description:
The successful candidates will play a key role in executing the company’s marketing and sales strategy by building strong brand awareness and establishing effective relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and create awareness of company products among healthcare professionals and medical institutions.
- Execute hospital and field promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.
- Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers within assigned territories.
- Ensure excellent distribution, stock availability, and product visibility across sales channels.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to support the development of new product lines.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, B.Sc, or HND in Biological Sciences, Human Health, or Animal Health Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical or Associate Medical Representative with a proven performance record.
- Strong skills in hospital promotion and ethical product marketing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
- Applicants for Lagos should preferably reside in Festac, Abule Egba, Ikeja, or Lagos Island.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
