An established indigenous non-profit organization is expanding its team in other State. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of Nigerians affected by HIV through innovation, impactful partnerships, and dedicated service.
We are currently seeking a results-oriented Community Case Management Program (CCMP) Pediatrics and Adolescent Associate. This is a full-time role designed for a professional who is ready to make an immediate impact on the lives of the most vulnerable.
The Role: Impacting the 95-95-95 Goals
As the CCMP Associate, you will be the technical backbone for HIV interventions targeting children and adolescents (CALHIV). Your work will focus on the Healthy Domain, ensuring that households receive integrated support across health, nutrition, and psychosocial services.
Key Focus Areas:
- Case Identification (1st 95): Lead community-based pediatric case finding and household enrollment.
- Treatment & Retention (2nd 95): Coordinate linkage to care, caregiver engagement, and adherence support.
- Viral Suppression (3rd 95): Oversee viral load tracking and community interventions to ensure treatment success.
- Nutritional Support: Implement nutrition screenings and infant/young child feeding (IYCF) education.
Your Responsibilities
- Technical Mentorship: Provide day-to-day support and mentoring to Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and caseworkers.
- Case Conferencing: Facilitate routine meetings with clinicians and state teams to resolve complex pediatric and adolescent cases.
- Service Integration: Strengthen the bridge between health facilities and community services to ensure no child falls through the cracks.
- Data & Quality: Participate in Data Quality Improvement (DQI) activities and ensure accurate documentation of success stories and beneficiary services.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in CCMP, pediatric HIV programs, or PEPFAR-supported projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with state-level stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to travel across various locations within Kaduna State.
