The Foundation is seeking an Executive Assistant to coordinate the CEO’s office, and serve as a liaison between the CEO’s Office, The Foundation, and the wider Heirs Holdings Group.
Responsibilities(s):
- Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives of the Foundation to ensure intended values are delivered.
- Track full execution of projects for which the Chief Executive Officer has oversight functions.
- Provide strategic support to responsible entities for the full execution of decisions.
- Document and track action points from outcomes of interactions with the CEO
- Follow through on all growth opportunities from meetings/events/trips in which the CEO is/was involved.
- Draft speeches, talking points, memos etc. on behalf of the CEO.
- Providing the CEO with regular summary updates on the performance of TEF entities (Financial, non-financial and special projects). Highlighting performance insights and providing recommendations to bridge gaps.
- Engage and manage correspondence with external stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with pertinent group staff for increased efficiency and effectiveness and convene meetings with stakeholders when necessary.
- Provide communication support: Assist with research, preparation and dissemination of internal and external communications, memos, presentations, speeches, talking points and social media posts. Ensure that all advance materials are sent in a timely manner.
- Support in coordinating multiple project streams, cross-organization initiatives, and communication objectives on behalf of CEO.
- Oversee CEO’s meeting preparation and planning for Board Committee meetings, Board of Trustee meetings, and all such critical meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks including managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, making phone calls and creating systems to streamline organizational tasks
- Provide timely reports and action points on all meetings by the CEO
Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):
- First Degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
