What is the Millennium Fellowship?
The Millennium Fellowship is a transformative experience designed to equip students with the tools and opportunities to create meaningful change. As a Fellow, you’ll gain access to:
- Values-Driven Leadership Training: On-campus sessions focused on leadership skills, core values, and informed action aligned with UN goals.
- Social Impact Projects: Lead your own project addressing local or global challenges, contributing directly to the SDGs.

Eligibility Criteria
- Be at least 18 years old by August 1, 2025.
- Be a current undergraduate student (not graduating before November 15, 2025).
- Commit to the program between August and November 2025 (virtual universities are eligible).
- Have a project idea addressing local/global issues with ethical problem-solving.
- A minimum of 8 applicants from your campus is required for eligibility.
Three Stages of the Fellowship
- Convene: Fellows meet on campus, engage with the MCN Action Toolkit, and apply it to their projects.
- Develop: Plan sessions, exchange best practices, and organize campus-wide initiatives.
- Graduate: Complete your project, actively participate, and earn recognition from UNAI and MCN.
How to Apply
- Develop Your Project: Ensure it makes a measurable impact, aligns with at least one SDG and UNAI principle. Examples include campus organizations, SDG-focused journalism, social entrepreneurship, research, and collective action projects.
- Apply Online: Visit the website and submit your application for the Class of 2025.
