The People’s Project for Social and Climate Justice is seeking a highly organized, proactive,
and discreet professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This critical
role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring smooth
coordination of executive activities, stakeholder engagement, and office management.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings,
coordinate travel, prepare reports and presentations, act as a liaison with internal and
external stakeholders, oversee correspondence and confidential documents, organize
executive meetings, handle special projects, maintain filing systems, monitor deadlines,
and support office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and travel arrangements to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for engagements.
- Serve as the primary contact between the CEO and stakeholders.
- Draft emails, manage confidential correspondence, and maintain professionalism.
- Organize executive meetings including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and
follow-ups. - Support special projects and research for strategic initiatives.
- Maintain efficient filing and document retrieval systems.
- Monitor deadlines and priorities, provide reminders and preparation support.
- Assist with office administration and procurement related to the executive office.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management,
Communications, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive support role.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, executive communication, and office
management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Additional Requirement: - Must be a resident of Abuja.
