We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: State Team Lead
Locations: Adamawa, Sokoto and Yobe

Job Description
- The Team Lead will oversee a team of professionals responsible for implementing program and project within GEPaDC.
- This role ensures effective project management, team coordination, and stakeholder engagement to achieve program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of [number] staff members.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
- Program Implementation: Oversee program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster partnerships with community groups, government agencies, and donors.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, including donors, partners, and senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting project success.
- Communication: Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Training and Capacity Building: Organize training and capacity-building activities for team members.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to NGO policies, procedures, and donor regulations.
Requirements
- Management etc).
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in project management, team leadership, or a related field.
- Proven track record in implementing successful projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of donor regulations (e.g., USAID, EU).
- Fluency in local language and excellent English skills.
