As the Human Resource Coordinator Assistant, you will support the HR Coordinator in all administrative and organizational HR functions. This includes handling staff records, recruitment processes, coordination with field teams, and ensuring that HR procedures align with MSF policies.

To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
🎓 Education
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
💼 Experience
- Essential: Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in a relevant position.
- Desirable: Experience working with MSF or other NGOs in developing countries will be an advantage.
🌐 Languages
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Knowledge of local languages is considered a plus.
🖥️ Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Familiarity with Homere HR software is essential.
