 Key Responsibilities
As the Training Facilitator, your role will include:
- Designing and delivering engaging training sessions on:
- Business fundamentals
- Profit analysis
- Cost control and budgeting
- Financial record-keeping and reporting
- Tailoring content to suit participants with varying levels of literacy and financial experience.
- Using real-life case studies, tools, and simulations to enhance learning.
- Evaluating participant learning and submitting a training report.
- Collaborating with FRADâs program team to align training content with project goals.
â Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience facilitating business or financial training sessions, particularly within NGO or community development contexts.
- Proven knowledge of cost analysis, small business profit planning, and bookkeeping.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with grassroots audiences and adapt materials for diverse learning needs.
