 Key Responsibilities

As the Training Facilitator, your role will include:

• Designing and delivering engaging training sessions on:
  • Business fundamentals
  • Profit analysis
  • Cost control and budgeting
  • Financial record-keeping and reporting
• Tailoring content to suit participants with varying levels of literacy and financial experience.
• Using real-life case studies, tools, and simulations to enhance learning.
• Evaluating participant learning and submitting a training report.
• Collaborating with FRAD’s program team to align training content with project goals.

✅ Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience facilitating business or financial training sessions, particularly within NGO or community development contexts.
• Proven knowledge of cost analysis, small business profit planning, and bookkeeping.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with grassroots audiences and adapt materials for diverse learning needs.
