Pollicy Fellowship Programme 2025: Empowering Africa Next Generation of Digital Thinkers
What is the Pollicy Fellowship Programme?
Since its inception in 2017, the Pollicy Fellowship has served as a dynamic launchpad for some of Africa’s brightest emerging talents. The programme brings together a vibrant mix of students, technologists, designers, community organizers, researchers, and creatives to collaborate on meaningful projects at the intersection of technology, gender, governance, and justice.
In 2025, the fellowship continues this legacy by inviting applications from individuals across East, West, and Central Africa who are ready to reimagine our digital and civic futures through bold, collaborative, and context-specific approaches.
