CrossCulture Program (CCP) 2026 in Germany – Fully Funded Fellowship
Applications are now open for the CrossCulture Program (CCP) 2026 in Germany a prestigious fully funded exchange fellowship designed to empower professionals and volunteers from around the world.
Every year, the program brings together around 55–60 emerging leaders from over 40 partner countries, helping them expand their skills, build global networks, and promote intercultural dialogue.
Funded by the German Federal Foreign Office and implemented by the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa), this fellowship strengthens long-term partnerships between Germany and other nations through shared learning, collaboration, and civil society engagement.
The fellowship lasts for 2–3 months, running between May and November 2026.

Applicants must be citizens or residents of one of the following 40 partner countries:
Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mauritania, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Philippines, Republic of Moldova, Russia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the CCP Fellowship 2026, applicants must:
- Be at least 23 years old at the time of application
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Have a minimum of two years’ professional or volunteer experience in a civil society organisation in their home country
