NJFP 2.0 Is Back, Bigger, Better, and Smarter
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is making a strong return in 2025 as NJFP 2.0, a revitalized version of UNDP’s flagship youth empowerment initiative. The programme aims to connect talented Nigerian graduates with real-world work opportunities that build experience, skills, and professional confidence.
This next phase of the programme focuses on career growth, hands-on learning, and nation-building , ensuring young Nigerians are empowered to shape a more prosperous future.
The application portal officially opens on October 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM (WAT). Candidates are encouraged to get their documents ready ahead of time.
Who Can Apply (Eligibility Criteria)
To qualify for NJFP 2.0, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or HND from any discipline, graduating not earlier than 2022.
- Have at least a Second Class Lower (2.2) or Upper Credit (≥3.00).
- Be 30 years old or younger.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Have completed NYSC or obtained a certificate of exemption.
- Demonstrate commitment to career growth and Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
- Show excellent time management, communication, and professionalism.
Documents Required
Applicants must upload the following verified documents during registration:
- Notarized degree or HND certificate
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- National Identification Number (NIN) slip
- Bank Verification Number (BVN)

Application & Assessment Process
The selection process is transparent and merit-based. It includes:
- Completing the online application form on the NJFP portal.
- Taking a computer-based aptitude test.
- Completing a psychometric evaluation.
- Submitting a 60-second video answering:
“What makes you the ideal NJFP Fellow?”
(Videos exceeding 60 seconds or 10MB will be automatically disqualified.)
