Specific Duties & Key Responsibilities
As a Data Enumerator, you will be the backbone of our field research and project monitoring. Your primary tasks include:
- Mobile Data Collection: Utilizing the Kobo Collect app to gather accurate field data.
- Protocol Compliance: Adhering strictly to established research guidelines and ethical standards.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring all entries are complete, error-free, and submitted within deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining the highest level of privacy for all respondents, especially within the HIV community.
- Reporting: Promptly identifying and reporting any technical challenges or field discrepancies to supervisors.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, or any relevant discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in mobile data collection tools, specifically Kobo Collect.
- Experience: Prior experience in field surveys, NGO data collection, or community-based research is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication and the ability to work independently in diverse environments.
- Location Advantage: Residency in or deep familiarity with the LGAs of the selected states (Gombe, Kaduna, Lagos, or Ondo) is highly preferred.
