Emboldly Fellowship 2026 is a free four-month hybrid leadership-development program built specifically for early-career women and non-binary professionals. With expert mentorship, structured skill-building sessions, and a vibrant peer community, this fellowship will equip you to lead with confidence, clarity and purpose.
Why the Fellowship Exists
Despite strong progress in many sectors, women and non-binary professionals still remain under-represented in leadership roles across industries. Many early-career professionals lack access to structured mentorship, confidence-building programs and peer communities that help accelerate their growth. The Emboldly Fellowship is designed to bridge that gap offering a dedicated space where you can build real leadership capacity, gain clarity on your professional path, and connect with like-minded peers committed to growth.

- January 9: Retainer Fee Due ($50, refunded upon completion)

Eligibility
You are eligible if you:
- Identify as a woman or non-binary professional, with 0–3 years of full-time work experience.
- Are able to attend bi-weekly Saturday sessions (10 AM PT / 1 PM ET) and complete asynchronous work.
- Show a clear commitment to personal and professional growth, and strong motivation for leadership development.
- Are ready to engage actively in sessions, mentorship and peer learning.
- Align with Emboldly’s mission to advance women and non-binary professionals into leadership roles.
Currently working full-time? No problem the program is designed for working professionals. Full-time students preparing for a transition are also welcome to apply. If cost is a barrier, you may request a fee waiver, and it won’t affect your candidacy.
