Key Responsibilities & Essential Duties
As a Clinical Services Associate, you will work under the supervision of the State Technical Lead to optimize HIV service delivery. Your primary goals include:
- Viral Load Optimization: Drive strategies for demand creation, sample collection, and achieving viral suppression across supported facilities.
- U=U Campaign Integration: Ensure the “Undetectable = Untransmittable” (U=U) message is fully integrated into comprehensive HIV services.
- Patient Retention: Operationalize effective retention strategies, including Differentiated Service Delivery (DSD) models.
- TB/HIV Integration: Optimize TB case finding and ensure the commencement of TB Preventive Therapy (TPT).
- Capacity Building: Mentor onsite case management teams to provide quality, client-centered care.
- Data Reporting: Ensure the timely generation and transmission of accurate program performance reports.

Candidate Requirements
The organization is seeking a professional with a strong background in HIV clinical management and donor-funded program regulations.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine (MBBS), Public Health, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree in Public Health is considered an added advantage.
Experience & Skills
- 2 to 3 years of post-NYSC experience in public health programs, preferably in developing countries.
- Clinical Expertise: Extensive experience in the care and treatment of HIV/AIDS patients.
- Donor Knowledge: Familiarity with the reporting formats and regulations of PEPFAR, CDC, and USAID.
- Management Ability: Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Resilience: Willingness to work in challenging environments and handle confidential data with high discretion.
